Rancho Z Miniatures Torturous Tortilla Rollups
-Burleson, Texas-

Ingredients:

1  Package flour tortillas (12) 3  packages cream cheese (8 oz softened)
2  cups shredded Colby/ Jack cheese 1  can peeled, chopped green chilies
1/2-1  cup chunky salsa (medium to hot) 1  cup ground beef drained (optional)

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chilies, salsa and ground beef together in large mixing bowl. Spread evenly across tortilla, tightly roll. Repeat until mix is gone. Refrigerate rollups overnight. Remove ends, slice width-wise. Serve.
